After a long career in the UK Foreign Office and then as Rolls-Royce's director
of Middle East Affairs, Noel Brehony joined Menas as chairman. He is the former
president of the British Society of Middle East Studies,
chair of the Council for British Research in the Levant, and an advisory board
member at the London Middle East Institute at SOAS and the council of the
British
Egyptian Society.
A consultant with extensive practical experience of banking and advisory
services in the
Middle East, Phillip Griffin focuses on emerging markets, trade, and corporate
finance. He earned the Citibank GAMS award in 1992.

company. He has

worked for Esso, Houghton, Quaker Chemical, DAPSA, and Gulf Oil

Educated in Argentina and the United States, Carlos Regúnaga has
been in-house legal adviser and director of many different companies and banks.
He
is
also director of the Buenos Aires office of the influential Washington based
CSIS think-tank and president of the Club del Progreso, which is Argentina's
oldest
existing social and cultural club.
Based at King's College London, Richard Schofield is a world authority on
boundary
issues with a particular
focus on the Middle East, and has advised governments and leading international
law firms involved in boundary
disputes before arbitral proceedings and the International Court of Justice.
