where he runs his own consultancy firm and manages Menas do Brasil. Educated in law and public administration in both Brazil and the Netherlands,
he has taught international economic relations around the world.
One of Argentina's leading commercial, government and academic lawyers, Rodolfo
Lira has been an adviser, legal consultant and nominated judge-arbitrator for
various ministries and trade organisations, including US government agency
OPIC.
He is fluent in Spanish, English, French, Portuguese and Italian.
Antonio José Recca has 30 years experience working in the oil and petrochemicals
industries, since starting out his career in a marketing role at Esso in 1975.
He has postgraduate training in administration and marketing, and is a skilled
auditor for ISO norms and assessment projects. He is fluent in Spanish,
English,
Italian and Portuguese.
Educated in Argentina and the US, Carlos Regúnaga has been a legal adviser and
director of several companies and banks. He is currently the director of the
Washington-based CSIS think-tank in Buenos Aires, and president of Argentina's
oldest existing cultural guild, Club del Progreso.
